ABOUT ME

Identifying himself as a writer, Shaurya Arya-Kanojia is the author of the novella, End of the Rope, a psychological thriller (published by Locksley Hall Publishing), which has fetched positive reviews on platforms like Amazon and Goodreads. He was part of the editorial band at Ayaskala Literary Magazine. His short stories and poetry have featured in prominent international magazines and journals, including Analogies and Allegories Literary Magazine, Nymphs Literary Magazine, The Mark Literary Review, and The Cabinet of Heed. His short story, 'The Bubble,' was among the B'k Best Small Fictions 2021 nominations, while another of his short story, titled ‘In the Clouds,’ was nominated for Best of the Net 2023 by Sundress Publications.

With an experience of more than nine years in the content development industry, he currently works in the capacity of a Content Writer at College Pond, a career and admission counselling outfit. His professional experience also encompasses working as a Content Writer in a freelance capacity and writing and editing articles pertaining to arts and lifestyle.

It was whilst his undergraduate education that he first discovered his profound love and inclination towards writing. He wrote his first story and began working in a freelancing capacity, writing articles about travel and lifestyle, whilst in college.

When not at his job, he likes to explore the array of cafes and eating joints in and around the city or crawl back in his shell, drink cups after cups of Masala Tea, watch The Office, or kickback with a good Stephen King novel.

He lives with his family in New Delhi.
